“Sacks of Heavy Rocks”

This agency offers free, confidential budget advice and support for families and individuals. Although their main focus is on providing budget advice, they also endeavour to respond to the needs of the client family as a whole. This may involve helping them to find essential household items that they cannot afford, to liaising on behalf of clients with Work and Income, creditors, Housing New Zealand, IRD and occasionally the courts and Police. They compile budgets and educate their clients in money management.
