Volunteers make up an invaluable part of our Caring Team and we are thankful to those who contribute their time and skills throughout the year. Golf Tournament - March 2009
The Catholic Caring Foundation Golf Tournament has been a tradition every March for the last 20 years. The day is a success due to the army of people who help. We are always looking for friendly, outgoing people who can help us set up and pack up and perhaps could assist with hospitality on the golf course during the day. We also need people to help with the evening Auction and raffles.
Art Auction - May 2009
We need approximately 40 people to make this event a success! Prior to the event we need people to help with promotion and selling of tickets, and setting up the venue for the three day event. This involves ensuring a smooth running of the event and could involve anything from people to check coats on the night, assisting with the hanging of art work, setting up of chairs, or help with security. In the evening we always need people to help host at the cocktail party where food and drinks will be served. Afterwards, anyone who is willing to donate some time to help clean up would be most appreciated.
