How to apply for a Grant

1/ Read the 2012 Grants Policy and pay special attention to the criteria and focus.

2/ Complete the 2012 Grants Application Form  - Word Format, PDF Format

3/ Mail with all supporting documentation to:

The focus of CCF grants is to provide funding support to for organisations whose work seeks to support marginalized families.  Services to support youth programmes and the elderly are also funded.
